Hi everyone..

After a busy year last year and a full on Christmas etc, John and I were lucky enough to have a few days away from work this week. As you know the shop is open every weekend .. so we wanted a little ‘us’ time away from it all to enjoy each others company and relax…..

We had some fun and also mixed a bit of business in too (what are we like!). We stayed in the Yorkshire Dales which was wonderful! We have spent time in the area before and always enjoy going back to that part of the world.

We visited Harrogate, Skipton, Whalley, Clitheroe, Howarth
and some other special places..

Our hotel was fab and at night we loved sitting by the beautiful open log fire…needless to say lots of lovely home made food was sampled…. Foodies that we are!!

On the way home we called at Hebden Bridge! Back to shop news….The new Cath Kidston stock has arrived… and gosh … it is gorgeous!!

Don’t forget … last chance for Valentines day….. still time to
do something romantic and special ..

We have just taken delivery of ‘Bathing Beauty’s’ hand made soaps etc. Great to see Georgina (busy Mum, wife & business woman, not to mention Osteopath) hand delivering some more of her ”Bathing Beauty” range (soaps and hand made beauty products) to Homewood Bound in between caring for her two horses… don’t know how you do it George!
